Reiki Classes
The following classes are offered on a fairly regular basis, and at the request of interested students:
Reiki l Class
Cost of the class is $150 and includes the two traditional attunements for level 1 Reiki with in-depth guided meditations, as well as hands on instruction and practice, other meditation techniques, and an 85+ page manual.
Reiki II Class
Classes are scheduled upon request of level 1 Reiki practitioners.
Cost of the class is $200, and student must have taken Reiki I at least 3-6 months prior. If level 1 training was not done with me, a level 1 refresher course must be taken with me to continue the study of Reiki under my tutelage.
Kids Basic and Advanced Reiki Classes
Classes are scheduled upon request, and open to all kids under age 16 who are interested in learning how to bring balance and energy healing into their daily lives.
Reiki Master/Teacher Apprenticeship
Students who have studied level I and II Reiki with Heidi who are ready to make the commitment to their journey of remembering who they are as a healer may contact Heidi when they feel the time is right to begin their apprenticeship journey. Training requirements will be emailed directly to the student, and meetings with the student will be scheduled individually. The Master/Teacher class will be scheduled as appropriate after all requirements and hours have been met. Training usually takes place over 16 - 24 months before the final class is scheduled.
Cost of the training is $500 and student must have permission to begin the apprenticeship.

Heidi Baldwin is a ninth generation Reiki Master of Dr. Mikao Usui, and in the direct lineage of John Harvey Gray, one of three Reiki Masters created by Hawayo Takata to continue the tradition of teaching Reiki in the West. (http://learnreiki.org/reiki-teachers.htm) Heidi has deep gratitude for her extensive training with her teacher Maryann Roefaro, and is committed to teaching Reiki in the tradition as passed down by Mrs. Takata.
Level l Reiki students will experience 12 hours of instruction and training, and will receive a detailed 80+ page manual as handed down through each generation in this lineage.
Level ll students will receive a manual with additional materials, and approximately 8 hours of instruction and training.
Reiki Master/Teacher training is offered on an individual basis and involves 1-2 years of individual instruction and experience; those students who are prepared will come together for their Reiki Master class. At the end of this training, students will be skilled in both hands-on and distance Reiki, and will be properly trained in how to teach the next generation of Reiki practitioners.
Heidi developed a Kids Basic Reiki class, which she now teaches to kids up to age 15. This hands-on class gives kids a level I Reiki attunement, teaches a full Reiki self-treatment, spot Reiki to other, and how to give Reiki to animals. It is a one day class designed to keep kids engaged and active, while they explore their natural healing abilities. Kids Advanced Reiki classes are available for those who have taken Kids Basic Reiki and want to deepen their study of this healing modality. At the completion of the Advanced Reiki class, kids will have the equivalent training of a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner.
